Now days People are very Health conscious, They are always in search of the knowledge and right information which helps them in staying Fit and Healthy. As we know Today life is very Fast nobody have time, every one is running here and there for their daily Bread and Butter and other stuffs for living. Stress and tiredness is now common among people, If we make a list of healthy people around the world then in my opinion only 5 to 10% people are fit and healthy, and mostly peoples who are living away from big cities and who are performing hard work daily, Fig. may vary from place to place it depends on weather, environment and other elements which will effects health.
So, Today I have started This blog for spreading awareness among people on Health. I suggests peoples to give place to Exercise and meditation in your daily routine, It will help in regaining your energy and keep your mind cool.

Cause:
Every disease has a cause, and if it will not detected within time then it may growing and sometimes we are late in detecting it and we lost very valuable life. It is due to our bad life style, bad eating habits, So we have to look-after on ourselves, we must spent 10 to 15 min daily in morning and put question to ourselves like
1) Am i fit today?
2) Am i stress Free?
3) Am i strong internally?
If you have answers in "YES" , then you are ok and Thanks to GOD for giving you such a healthy life, And if the answer is "NO", it is not time to worry but you should start focusing on yourself and check out where you are lacking. Start working on that particular area where your body need treatment. From my side i give you some free suggestions For Healthy Life style.......
1) Manage Your Timetable.
2) Change Your eating habbits.
3) Exercise Daily (Like Breathing exercise, jogging, walking, cycling, etc)
4) Take minimum 7 hrs of sleep.
5) Go for natural medicine if necessary but try to avoid it, try to strong your internal body system strong by practicing yoga, meditation.
